Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026.

Custom orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing products, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, artwork, addresses, and totals before payment. Custom orders may not be cancellable after production begins.

Artwork rights

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use it. Shirts4Christ may reject unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or technically unsuitable files.

Pricing and availability

Prices and inventory are verified by the server before Stripe Checkout. Supplier availability can change, and we may contact the customer if substitution, delay, or refund is required.

Donations

The displayed donation is ten percent of merchandise sales. Charity allocation percentages must total 100% and are recorded from the server-validated checkout allocation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
