Most orders are prepared within 5–7 business days after payment and artwork approval.

Can I change an order?

Contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins.

Do you accept returns?

Because products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are generally limited to verified defects or production errors.

Can I submit artwork?

Yes. The All Merch and Custom Artwork tools accept supported artwork files, subject to review.

How does the donation work?

Ten percent of merchandise sales is allocated among the charities selected in checkout. The allocation must total 100%.
